TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Scrubbies Detailing (accessible via https://scrubbiesdetailing.com/). By booking an appointment for our auto spa or portable detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. SERVICE GUARANTEE & EXPECTATIONS

  • Best Efforts: We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning. However, the final result depends on the vehicle’s age and initial condition. Some stains (mold, deep oil, heavy pet hair) may not be 100% removable.

  • Estimates: Online quotes are estimates. If a vehicle is found to be in “extreme condition” (excessive trash, biohazards, or heavy pet hair), an additional Condition Fee will be applied at the time of service.

2. PORTABLE (MOBILE) SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

For our mobile/portable services, the customer agrees to:

  • Location: Provide a safe, legal, and flat workspace for our technicians to perform the detailing.

  • Access: Ensure the vehicle is unlocked and keys are available at the scheduled start time.

  • Utilities: (If applicable) Provide access to a water spigot and a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • 24-Hour Rule: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 10% of the total order value.

  • Weather Policy: As a mobile provider, we reserve the right to reschedule in the event of rain, snow, or extreme temperatures to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of your wax/sealant application.

4. LIABILITY & DAMAGE WAIVER

  • Pre-existing Condition: Scrubbies Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, oxidized paint, loose trim, or faulty electronics.

  • Personal Property: Customers are requested to remove all valuables (jewelry, cash, electronics) from the vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

  • Child Seats: For safety reasons, we do not re-install car seats once removed. The customer is responsible for ensuring car seats are properly secured after the detail is complete.

5. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • Payment Due: Payment is required immediately upon completion of the service. We accept [List Methods: Credit Cards/Cash/Venmo/Zelle].

  • Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify the technician on-site. We will happily re-clean any area that does not meet our professional standard.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY FOR MARKETING

  • We may take “Before and After” photos of your vehicle for quality control and social media marketing.

  • Privacy Protection: We will never display your license plate or personal address in any marketing materials. If you wish to opt-out, please inform your technician before the service begins.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Jersey.
